Enterprice Stretford Manchester is an absolutely rip off service. I was 12 min late and the stupid manager Alan charged me a whole days rent!! I only hired the van for 18 hrs and paid the full 24 hr hire fee anyway! and the Manager of Enterprise Stretford, Alan, was the worse person you could have dealt with.

My advice, stay well clear of this company until that manager is there, he is a butcher! I have hired vans from Salford Van Hire Manchester, Stamford Van hire Manchester and Manchester Van Hire and never had a problem! This was the first and last time I will ever use this company.

After being 12 mins late, I handed him the keys which he took off me, so i thought it was ok, and he had accepted it, as is the norm for upto 1hr, and Monday morning I find out he has charged me a full days rental. On asking him why, Mr Alan from Enterprise Stretford Manchester( Talbot Rd) said, I didnt feel safe giving you the van as I was worried I was not going to get it back in that condition!!! So he accused me to vandalise the van, which I whought was so immature and utter disgusting from a manager. I told him if that was the case, I could still hire a van and do the same, that thats no answer, then he goes, are you threatening me? the police station is just down the road!! You have threatened me!! hahaha... what an amazing idiot.

After speaking to Mr Alan from Enterprise Talbto rd, Stretford, Manchester, I realised the poor guy is probobaly having a hard time trying to rent vans and this is the only way he can get his £5 commission the company throws him as a bone to feed on. So I let him have my money, and instead write this blog about the silly man.

Enterprice Rent A Car and Enterprise Rent A Van on Talbot Rd Stretford Manchester is cash hungry office of Enterprise Manchester and you have been warned.

Most of the other Van Hire and Car hire companies I have used all give the van for a 24 hr period, and even after the 24 hr period, they allow an extra hour. Enterprise Manchester have the worst customer service, very cheap in their tactics, they throw cheap accusations, and will do whatever they can get their hands on your money.

When Mr Alan wanted my business, he was on his knees, what can we do for you to make this deal happen, can I offer you this discount and that, this waiver and what not, and when it came to a matter of 12 mins he changed into a scavenger.
